The registration fees will cover: a book of abstracts, participation in all scientific sessions, lunches, coffee breaks, conference dinners and planned tourist attractions.

Only registered participants without papers are allowed to pay by cash on arrival.
Conference Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received prior to 28th February 2019 will be refunded less a 10% administrative fee. Cancellations received between 28th February 2019 and 31st April 2019 will be refunded 50% of their pre-paid conference fee. Cancellations received after 31st April 2019 will not be eligible for any refunds.
